We will be carrying out planned Disaster Recovery testing across our production environment this weekend. This is part of our ongoing commitment to business continuity and service resilience, ensuring we can continue to support you in the event of an unplanned incident.

The test has been carefully designed and rehearsed to avoid any customer-facing impact. You should not experience any disruption to the availability or performance of our services during this period, and no action is required on your part.

We are publishing this notice in advance so you are aware that activity is taking place behind the scenes. Should you encounter any issues over the weekend, please raise a ticket with our support team in the usual way and we will respond promptly.
