Monitoring - Email delivery from Cintra Cloud has now been restarted and confirmed as working normally.
We are currently processing a backlog of emails that built up during the issue, so some messages may still arrive later than expected. This backlog is clearing, and delivery will continue to improve as it does.
Cintra Cloud remains fully operational, and no customer data has been affected. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this.

Identified - We’ve identified an issue affecting email delivery from Cintra Cloud, which may cause some emails to be delayed or not delivered.
Our team is already working on a fix and is coordinating with our email provider to restore normal service as quickly as possible. Cintra Cloud itself continues to operate normally, and no customer data has been affected.

Some users are unable to log in to the self-service app and are seeing the message "The system is undergoing maintenance. If the problem persists please contact your system administrator."
We are actively investigating this issue. Access is expected to be restored very soon.
