Cintra IQ
Resolved - We are aware of an issue with Cintra IQ, last night new security certificates were issued as part of a standard renewal process.

A limited number of clients are being presented a warning, this warning occurs because your browser is still holding the previous certificate.

To clear it:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on Windows, or Cmd + Shift + Delete on a Mac.
2. Where it asks for a time range, choose All time.
3. Tick both cached images and files, and cookies and other site data, then confirm the deletion.
4. Close your browser completely, including any other open windows, then reopen it and sign back in.

The service itself is running normally and none of your payroll data or settings are affected. If you are still encountering issues afterwards, please contact our support team and let us know which browser you are using.
